What is the best way to "refresh" your listings?

I used to “refresh” my listings using Add or edit items > Duplicate > tweak > delete the old listing and then activate the new one.

Now when I duplicate a listing the pictures are lost.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

Here is the response I received from Support using Batch edit.

They really messed up the duplicate listing function. Have two browsers open and just have to re add. Copy and paste. You can also copy the picture. Not quick like it use to be.
Didn’t know about the batch edit feature. I did contact support awhile back about the duplicate feature and they didn’t mention batch edit.

Thank you. If it comes to this, I’ll do it.

“Now when I duplicate a listing the pictures are lost.”

@whimseys, when I duplicate a listing, my photos don’t disappear.

Address this problem at bonanza@support.com, maybe it can be easily fixed.

Google Chrome. But I never use ‘Add or edit items’ page to work on my listings, only the ‘Batch edit items’ options.

My pictures and description disappear as well. I’m using Firefox
