I used to “refresh” my listings using Add or edit items > Duplicate > tweak > delete the old listing and then activate the new one.
Now when I duplicate a listing the pictures are lost.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Thanks everyone.
Here is the response I received from Support using Batch edit.
Thanks for writing in! We made some changes to the way the duplicate option works on the Add or Edit Items page. It will no longer duplicate the images or the description as it did before. If you want to duplicate listings fully, what you will need to do is use the duplicate option from the batch edit page. From there, it will copy everything, including the images and descriptions. You can get to the batch edit page by doing the [URL removed]
1. Click Selling
2. Click Items
3. Click Batch Edit
From there, you will see a “duplicate items” option. Simply select it, then select the listing you want to duplicate, and finally click the “Apply Changes” button.
Let us know if you have any trouble. Have a great day!

They really messed up the duplicate listing function. Have two browsers open and just have to re add. Copy and paste. You can also copy the picture. Not quick like it use to be.
Didn’t know about the batch edit feature. I did contact support awhile back about the duplicate feature and they didn’t mention batch edit.

“Now when I duplicate a listing the pictures are lost.”
@whimseys, when I duplicate a listing, my photos don’t disappear.
Address this problem at bonanza@support.com, maybe it can be easily fixed.
