Thank you for all of your patience while the rest of your photos import over to your booth. We see that you reached out to us in support over the weekend and we were able to get back to you on Saturday. If you need further assistance, please continue to work with us via email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Does it import my pictures?
Yes, the importer will import the first four pictures that it can find associated with your item.
Our eBay importer will only bring over the main image when importing each listing for the first time. Then, within 24 hours, the rest of the images will be imported.
Is this the case, or is it that only the first image is coming without the others following later..IF so, you should probably contact support

Yes, I am having the same issue. I contacted Bonanza Support on 9/26/18, but the problem has not been resolved. Here is the response I received form Bonanza [URL removed] “The importers are pulling over images as quickly as possible. The images are imported separately from the descriptions so the importer works more quickly. The importers are under a very heavy load. Images are importing it is just taking longer than normal.” Wish I could say Bonanza Support was more helpful, but I am STILL having this issue and they have been NO HELP AT ALL.
