Why do my orders show as having been refunded?

I went to my feedback page today, to leave f/b for my last two orders.

On each, there is a large yellow notice saying THIS ORDER HAS BEEN REFUNDED.

What on earth is that all about? I didn’t refund them. I have had no complaints or inquiries from the buyers. I have had no notification from Bonanza either.

I have written to support, but I thought if others had this same concern, I’d feel better while awaiting their answer! :)

Sorry, I think I figured it out. I gave each of these buyers a shipping overage refund.

But, GEEZ, that scared me. Why the big yellow sign with an exclamation mark – it was only a few bucks?

Was going to ask if you partial refunded shipping. Yes, the termanology could stand some improvement in this situation.

Seems this would make a good suggestion to Bonanza. If memory serves, I think I ran into this once and I felt alarmed.
