I am trying to get someone at Bonanza to understand that this [URL removed]

…is misleading, because it indicates that Bonanza currently has live chat when they do not. I have written multiple times asking them to correct the page, but all anyone tells me is that they do not have live chat, but might later in 2025. They do not seem to understand that I am trying to point out incorrect information on their website so they can correct it.
Is English not these people’s first, second, third or fourth language? I honestly cannot understand why they are so bad at understanding what I am asking, unless they are deliberately trolling me which would be extremely unprofessional.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
