Your item is live?

I tested the waters and sent some items to ebay on the 20th.
Opened a shop there for this.
My items have been showing and have some watchers.
Today I got an email one of the items is Live?
What does that mean? I thought they were all Live from on the 20th.
Not sure if I can ask this here or should on ebay boards?
Thanks for any help in advance.
