Is anyone else having a problem with batch edit not working? I am trying to update shipping rates and batch edit says the changes have been processed, but they haven’t. And, when editing items individually for shipping the changes are also not taking effect.

Hi abigdogmom, sorry to hear about the trouble! Sometimes, when making edits to a large number of items at once, it can take a little while for the update to fully complete. If you are still experiencing issues, you can give us more specific details at support@bonanza.com

“Thanks for writing. We have confirmed that the search feature is not searching descriptions in the Batch Editor. We have reported this to the programmers. Since it is the weekend they will not see it until Monday. If it is not too complex, they should be able to fix it then.
Thanks for letting us know. "

Not because of batch editor (cuz I am doing each individual) but in updating ship cost, NOW it only shows the first option (even though I have multiple ship method choices) and buyers only see the first choice and not the others. SUM-TING-WONG here.

Been doing mine and all is working, however I am doing them in groups of 20-25 at a time. I noticed when I did larger groups of say 50+ it was saying that I had been added to a queue of around 75 people, so I went back and did the smaller groups and it worked just fine.
