I’ve been selling on ebay for 19 years. Just looking to start here. Mostly “one off” vintage items. Auction sales between $30 and $1500 depending on the item. Big ticket items like holy grail vintage audio stuff usually earn me several hundred percent profit,(when I can find and fix that stuff to sell), so I still do well even after Ebays hefty FVFs and PPs cut. But the smaller ticket items are usually not worth my time on ebay in the end. Ebay has become so difficult to do business with, and I see that problem only getting worse in the future. Wondering if I should stick with them for my big ticket items (for now), and sell my smaller ticket items here? Any thoughts or advice is very much appreciated. Thanks! Dan

Well, if your items are auctions (as you stated "Auction sales between $30…), then all your items will have to stay on eBay since Bonanza doesn’t do auctions. However, if you sell with a fixed price, then why not put all your items on Bonanza while leaving them up for sale on eBay? It costs you nothing to do so. In fact, between lower FVF and the fact that you don’t have to pay listing fees every 30 days, you might make MORE money when the item sells.
The more UNIQUE your item, the more likely it will be to sell on ANY platform – even if you list it on only one platform. Buyers will follow the item when the supply is limited and the item isn’t a mass-produced commodity.

I’ve got higher ticket items on eBay. It has not made a difference much this year so far. It has in previous years. I never thought I’d list the same at two different sites but now I do. It just seems like so many people are shopping all over the internet nowadays and plus ebay listings do not always show up on Google shopping.so, this is how it is going on my end.
Best of luck.
