Booth questions - shipping and approving orders

Hi there,

I’m setting up / testing my booth and have a few questions.

1) I get a popup to calculate shipping. Why is it doing that if I already added the shipping cost for the item? And it’s also saying that I will invoice the buyer.

2) I don’t want to approve orders before they are submitted where do I change that as a default for all products please?

3) When I add an item to the cart it says that I offer discounted shipping when you buy items together, I would like to do that but I did not see where to set that up.

1) I am assuming you mean when someone adds something to the cart…the pop-up is to merely add the buyers zip code (or international shipping code), so that the system can determine buyers location. (It is necessary for those who do use calc shipping, it is also necessary for those who have either shipping profiles set up for different locations, or for those who do or do not ship internationally

2) If you so not wish to approve orders then, either a few things are going on…

A) Since I can check out without going through approval means that you have correctly set up shipping for US buyers. Since you are in Canada, you may have not set up the shipping for Canada and the system is reading it as an international sale (you will have to set up your shipping for Canada in the Batch edit as international sales)….I am going with this option

B) This option is a setting in Account settings (but since I could checkout if I wanted to, then this one is probably correct)

In Account settings, under Seller Setting make sure this box is NOT checked

When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice)

C)You have the Option I will not ship outside the US checked in the listings and the system knows your location is outside US

3)Combined shipping discount

Dropdown menu (My Store)
Booth Option
Discounts and Coupons tab
Second item down is a couple of combined shipping discount options you can choose/set-up

Once you make changes got to bottom of page and click on Save All my changes

I’m so sorry but I’m not sure how to set-up shipping for Canada. I would like the same shipping option that I set-up for the US – I would like it to work the same as I am only shipping to Canada and the US.

I looked at shipping and returns and Canada is checked so I’m confused :(

Also, I don’t have “I will not ship outside of the US.” checked in my listings.

Would you mind telling me exactly where to go to fix this?

Thank you
