I just sold something on FB. So I deleted the item off Bozo.
Do I get charged by Bozo for this?

No. Bonanza only charges when you make a sale. You can add or delete as many items as many times as you want and there will be no charge,

No, “Bozo” doesn’t charge to delete items. After all, they didn’t charge you to list them.
