I’m considering shipping to CA and have everything pretty much figured out except the matter of those customs forms.
Items shipped would be 1-8 ounce packages, value $50 or less – does anyone know if that would require a customs form?

“Unless you are shipping an envelope that weighs less than 16 oz., you need to include a customs form with your Canadian shipment.” …from this [URL removed] [URL removed]
My interpretation of “envelope that weighs less than 16 oz.” would be a FLAT mailing envelope, the kind for mailing papers, not products.
