The eBay importer should only apply to items that were listed on the USA eBay website (eBay.com). You can post on the USA website and also have them display on international eBay sites. If that is the case, those items will still be imported.
If they are posted ONLY on international sites, they will not be imported.
From Bonanza’s HELP pages about importation [URL removed]
Listings posted only on international eBay sites. Listings must be active on ebay.com (US version of the site) in order to use the importer function. If your items are posted on an international eBay site (AU, UK, etc), you may wish to consider importing to Bonanza using a CSV file.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
