This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello @norbetpr,

On November 8th, we implemented shipping assessment fees to encourage sellers to use Bonanza’s integrated shipping which streamlines their fulfillment process while providing the lowest rates possible.

Not wanting to interfere with a seller’s existing fulfillment process, we offered an exemption for those that utilize our API connection with one of our shipping partners. At that time, the opt-out process was manual for our sellers to do in their account settings, with no checks and balances in place.

On January 25th, we implemented a change to automatically opt-out any seller who had an active API token on the marketplace with one of our shipping partners. Sellers who qualify no longer need to opt-out manually.

Here is a list of the approved shipping partner services who utilize our API connection -

Shipworks, SellerCloud, ShipStation**, Selro, SkuGrid, GoFlowApp, Littleboss Information, ShipRush, Order Desk, SmartShyp, CedCommerce, ShippingEasy, JumboLister, Endurance Commerce, eComdash, PODTurbo, BaseLinker, Wholesale2, SellerChamp, MegaDropTool, XPS Ship, A1Post, CanUShip

You can also see this information here – https://www.bonanza.com/partners

Thank you!

  • PayPal has their own API solution with Shipstation, that is not compatible with Bonanza, which is why if you wish to use Shipstation with Bonanza, sellers must have a dedicated Shipstation account that they can connect the Bonanza API through.
