How long before package arrives?

I got something on dec 3, it ay it got hipped on the 15th but haven’t received it yet, just wondering how long it take to be delivered?

You need to contact the seller directly for this information. Bonanza does not control sales between sellers and buyers. You were obviously notified that it had shipped so the tracking number should be used to track the package. If no tracking number it is up to the seller to locate the package for you. If the seller will not answer you then you should file a dispute if you used Paypal or a chargeback if paid by credit card. Sorry to hear you had this problem and hope that you can get this resolved with the seller.

You should also checked where it was mailed from…

There are several international sellers and packages can take up to 3 weeks if coming from..China, Australia, Japan..etc..

But you should contact the seller
IF you have tracking information go to the site (USPS, UPS Fedex, etc) and check on the package..

Checking your feedback, assuming this is the product you are waiting for..it is shipping from China….and if shipped on the 15th then next weekend (Jan 5-6) will be 3 weeks which is about right for items coming to US from China.

I had purchased something from China and while shipper got it out right away, it actually SAT IN CUSTOMS for almost 3 weeks before moving towards my address. Buying offshore is not fast at all. There is a reason they ship for free but you gotta WAIT for it.
