I am new to on line selling, so I did not know that there should be no coma between thousand and a hundred. I wrote $1,100.00 instead of 1100.00
The platform read it as $1.00 A customer on line bought it, and that is how I found out what happened. I apologized twice, explaining to him that I can not sell a Platinum/Diamond watch for $1.00, that it was a computer miss-hap. I did return him the $1.00 but he went ahead anyway and ruined my rating by giving me a bad feedback.
The watch even does not belong to me – I am doing a good deed for and old lady friend!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
