If a buyer asks a question, does bonanza automatically email me to send buyer an invoice?

—Buyer sends a question

—I reply

—I get message to send buyer an invoice

I believe I have my settings so buyer can pay without me sending an invoice. The message looks like the sender is the buyer; but they don’t need an invoice and I don’t want to discount. So . . . was the message really from the buyer or does Bonanza do this every time a buyer asks a question?

Thanks.

I think the message is a suggestion from bonz….unless you are absolutely sure it is a request from the buyer, then contact the buyer and direct them to check

The seller account, an invoice set, there are two options, one of them was when I approved orders, please send the invoice to the buyer (do not automatically prompts me to check the invoice), you get this out to check on the line, so it does not appear that your problem. I hope to help you
