Is the new $14.95 fee a monthly fee or just a one time fee? it’s a little confusing.

For me, Pay it and continue selling. Absolutely every site has fees in one way or another (I sell on 5 various platforms). If it doesn’t work for you, close the account and move to one that does, If you can factor the new costs into your listing as far as pricing and make it work, then stay. Not much to really lose sleep over. They are a business and as much as I hate fees, they have never had any (not including FVFs or upgraded memberships) and we all know many take advantage of this, you can browse thru listings and see tons of dead or abandoned ones as there was nothing to stop those type of ‘List and forget’ sellers which is why this site has such a bad rep. Keep in mind as those ones leave it opens up opportunity for us.

I 100% agree on the purpose behind the fees. I said that about a month ago too that there are so many sellers who import from ebay or import dropship catalogs and just stop checking in on the site. The trust rating for the site is horrible because of that.

My personal issues are the site features and traffic, plus the billing practices they have when someone like me returns to sell on the site. I had 2 $1800 orders canceled because my onepay card didn’t have $200 on it for the fee to be charged instantly.

The others are the way the site name is being changed, no effort is being put into keeping the site fresh and updated with new features, and almost zero support.

Just as suspected.. the Listing Fee capped at $20 has dropped, and the only way to pay is by credit card or PayPal. Even though Quincy and his minions stated in the email that we could still use our token balance to pay the new Listing Fees, there is no longer the option to use 500 tokens to reduce your Seller Fees by $1 anywhere on the page.. in fact, the Recurring Billing Summary page still says “You do not currently have any charges toward next month’s bill.” And it still says the credit card on file will only be charged for Seller Fees.. wonder if they will also auto-debit our Listing Fees tomorrow?
Also as suspected.. even though we weren’t sent an email detailing the fee changes until early April 2025, if you click on the May invoice and then click the Listing Fee detail, you will see that all items that were active in your booth on 3/31/2025 count toward the June fee. So all those users who reserved or deleted their items in April or May hoping to avoid the fee will still be billed. Why am I not surprised?

oops sorry I am not seeing the same behavior in terms of charged listing fees for listings active on 3-31-2025. I did not reserve my listings until 3 days before the new fee policy went into effect. I am not being charged for active March listings. Might want to email support

And I see they are charging us for freebies DON’T THINK THATS FAIR that’s helping there site how can they charge for something that’s free.
