My paypal account connection constantly disappears

my PayPal account connection constantly disappears – meaning I have connected it 3 times to my seller account, contacted the support desk – they looked into to the problem – said it wouldn’t happen again – and I just reconnected it again. Other info I have entered such as a tel nbr has also disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else?
