This was actually touched on about a month ago, the company Bonanza was using for that program closed. They are I believe searching for a new one at this time.

Yes, ALWAYS a good idea to check in on the community Help topics at least once a week and you usually can learn something here. Much better than the blogs.

oh, thank you so much, I appreciate your time : )

Thanks for reaching out, Sherryberry111! As, @Atomicdiner mentioned, we had been using Adobe’s Photo Editor by Aviary, which is no longer being supported by Adobe as of December 10, 2018.

Our team is researching alternative photo editor options for the site. In the meantime, we recommend using an online photo editor to crop and adjust images before uploading to Bonanza.

We hope to have the issue resolved soon and apologize for any inconvenience. Let us know at support@bonanza.com if you have any other questions or if we can be of further assistance.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
