Popularity sort feature problem

Is anyone else having an issue with the sort feature in their booth? mine has not moved in days, it used to be where if you tweeted an item or if you know you received views the items would sort in order, it has not done that at all.

I too have noticed this same thing. I just did not say anything. Obviously something is wrong,

Oh and another thing I forgot to add was that I open the Chat Box on my site and it never stays opened when I return.

Popularity seems to be stuck…(Atomic) booth chat staying open is a legacy option (select yes or no in booth settings) If have a greeting in the chat it will stay open unless the option is set to NO then it will always close

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
