Click My Bonanza, on the left click Marketing and Advertising under My Booth. Select the amount of commission you want to pay and click save. You must pay 16% for Bing, so this must be your selection for all as there is not the option to select a different amount for each one.
The option for Google is Google Shopping, your items will go to Google organic for free.
