I’ve made my first sale. Printed and shipped the item with a label from stamps.com (I thought it would come from paypal since that was how I paid.)
I put in a number on tracking which I thought that what it was.
I am confused about where to get tracking. Please help. Thanks
It has a label # but I don’t know where it came from. Nothing shows up on USPS tracking. My other items I mailed the same day from ebay shows tracking. I thought I could post a screenshot of what it shows.

Go to your RECENT SALES (under the Selling drop-down menu). There is a place to enter the tracking number for the package. It will show up when you mark the package as shipped. If you marked it as shipped without entering tracking information, you can EDIT the information and enter it at that time. Caution, I believe you can only edit the information ONE time, so be careful when entering the tracking information.

If you printed your label from stamps.com, then you will need to log into your stamps.com account to find the tracking number. You should be able to find it under “History” in the top menu of the Stamps.com dashboard.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
