Why doesn't ebay importer work?

Good Morning,
I am beyond frustrated with the eBay importer. I started importing items three days ago and the status bar showed the import at about 75% done, but froze at that point for over 24 hours. I canceled the import and started over. Now it’s stuck at 0% for over 12 hours. Items were automatically showing up in my booth for editing if I made a change to it on eBay, but now that’s stopped also. I have over 1,000 listings to sell on Bonanza, but if I have to do each one manually, this is not cost or time effective for me. Please advise as soon as possible, because I would also like to sign on for a website, but cannot do so until I have a worthwhile amount of items to display. Also, I like to mention that even when it was showing a partial import, nothing was showing up in Items ready to post.

We’re sorry to hear of the troubles you’re experiencing with your first eBay import. We always recommend letting your import run its course until it’s complete for the best results. We do see that your second import is saying that 0 items have been processed in the last 18 hours. We went ahead and canceled this import and initiated a new one from our end. Depending on how many sellers and items are trying to be imported, our importer can get a little backed up.

I am having the same problem with my Bonanza account. I have tried importing from eBay twice today, cancelling one time that got about half way through and stalled for a few hours and now the second time it got about a quarter of the way through the sync and has stalled again. We just upgraded to the gold account and were charged 290 dollars but if we can’t sync our eBay items than that money would be a total loss. Please help us fix this issue.
