About every three weeks my booth gets a huge spike in page views and then drops to normal view numbers. Does anyone know why this happens?

Item was damaged prior to shipping and I had to cancel the order. I emailed the buyer right away and issued the refund through paypal. Bonanza refunded my charges as well. The item is still showing unshipped. What do I do to mark it cancelled?
