Even after entering all my listings manually 1 by 1 into categories, when i click on a category it says there is no items in that category

I am new to Bonanza but I noticed that 95% of the merchandise transferred is a different price from what's listed on eBay. I have to make the changes manually and this is more work than I'd like. Why does the price changes?
