It is made to look like a little sleigh. The rack post is at the top of the sleigh. It could be hung up and used as a towel rack, or simply set out as a sleigh would sit and be used as a cute little holiday décor piece. It is signed by the artist Dottie, and dated 1978. The finish is in good condition, but there are some light surface scratches and dings on it from general use and handling over the years.
