Fascinations: Tiger I Tank
Construct and show off these metal miniatures on your desk or at home.
Each model is amazingly detailed laser etching. Simply pop out the pieces by hand or with the aid of wire cutters. Then connect each piece at the attachment points according to the easy to follow instruction sheet included with each model. This can be accomplished by hand or facilitated by using needle nose pliers.
This German tank was the most powerful tank in the world when it was introduced in August 1942. The 88mm gun was extremely powerful and the heavy armor made it almost impervious to attack. The success of the Tiger was so profound, that no allied tank dared to engage it in open combat. This psychological fear soon became to be known as "Tigerphobia".
