I bought this as a "vintage sculpture" (pictured decorated with fairy lights), but have used it a few times as a dress form.
It's actually pretty genious, as it can literally be formed to fit every curve on any body, vs. a few adustable sections on today's dress forms.
I bought it around 2002. I haven't used it much at all.
I think I paid around $249 for everything shown in the photos: fittable dress form, stand, extra spacers, box, instructions, luggage style name tag... I've seen one online for over $1,000.00 from a site that specialized in vintage mannequins dress forms.
I've also seen some cheaper, but never as complete as this one, or in as good of shape. (I've kept it wrapped, as you can see in some pctures)
