This unit has been tested and does not power on. It was tested using a bench power supply and applying 12VDC power. Power button is completely unresponsive. I did open the case to investigate, but I didn't see any visibly-apparent damage (blown component, broken wire, etc.). I did not take the unit all of the way apart to investigate the bottom side of the PCB however. Does not include any accessories or cables.
