OK....looks wise this pipe cutter is rough but the rollers still role, the cutting blades still turns and the screw mechanism still operates as it should. So the pipe cutter is in functioning order. I don't know if the cutting blade is still good or weather it will need replacing or not. There are no chips of nicks in the blade. Ships insured.
