Vintage Chinese made Japanese Satsuma Style Chinese Trumpet Vase Multicolor Gold Geisha 80s Pre-owned estate item with signs of wear noticeable crazing but overall nice well kept condition. Approx. 6" high x 5" wide Modern vintage Chinese made Japanese Satsuma style hand painted porcelain trumpet form vase likely made in the 1980's. It is decorated with floral and Geisha motif in a raised dot Moriage pattern. It is marked with a Made in China, Zhongguo Chinese character mark SATSUMA. This is actually a Chinese modern version of a Japanese Satsuma vase in porcelain. Authentic Japanese Satsuma ware would have been made of earthenware and not porcelain.
