Lanard Frosty Bites Party Penguin Snow Cone Maker 1996 Vintage Condition: Pre-Owned Used. This was in storage and has wear and flaws. Were his hands are they have removable sticks and one of the stick is damaged and there is no handle. On the bottom there is a missing circle pad as seen in the pictures. On the bottom of his back foot there is a scuff mark. Please note there are a few scuff marks all around that i took every angle of pictures. There in no origal box.
