For making tea: The daily recommended dosage is 15-30 mg. Avoid consuming the tea for prolonged periods. To prepare, steep 1-2 grams of dried senna leaves in hot water for a maximum of 10 minutes. Strain the mixture into a cup and sweeten to taste. Limit consumption to no more than twice a day.
