Return Window
   •   You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Return Process
    1.    Request Authorization: Contact us at ChePha.OTC@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your return.
    2.    Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
    3.    Secure Packing: Pack your item securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
    4.    Include Documentation: Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the package.

Refund Policy
   •   Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
   •   If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
   •   Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Faulty Items
   •   If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at ChePha.OTC@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations
   •   Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless they have already been shipped.
   •   Once shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
