Ok here's an extremely rare Rocko Penguin Plush Toy With Box and Tags From "Pebble and the Penguin" which is in excellent use condition. Rocko is wearing a purple scarf, white and black plush body, tan feet, hard rubber head, hang tag attach to left hand and measures around 13 inches tall. Tags and box reads, 1995 Don Bluth. Box does have some creases, etc. Please see picture's.
