We are honest sellers for over 26 years selling used vintage items that are not replaceable with another item, so exchanges are never an option. Shipping info: Buyer pays $1.50 packing fee plus shipping cost from 28358 within the USA (lower 48 States). Shipping weight is approx. 1 pound. Pick-up is also welcome to save any shipping and packing costs. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. This cost could be less depending on where you are.
