Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
