The GelAir system is easy to use, is maintenance-free, and produces high-quality results, fast. The dried gels are ideal for densitometry, photodocumentation, autoradiography, overheads, or long term storage The GelAir dryer is a heated drying chamber which works like a convection oven to dry mini gels in 45 minutes, or 20 x 20 cm gels in 60 minutes, rivaling the speed of a conventional gel dryer requiring a vacuum pump. Drying times may vary depending on percentage and thickness of the gel. The GelAir dryer holds up to 4 drying frames at once
