You may start by sending us a mail at contact@thegreentanners.com OR thegreentanners@gmail.com first and foremost with relevant information and a request for the return of your product. Our team will then get back to you in the time span of 24 hours with instructions particular to your case.

What are the terms and conditions for the refund application?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, TheGreenTanners will issue a full refund or exchange, depending on the customer’s preference, and will also cover the cost of shipping. Simply contact us and send us the pictures via email.
Under the circumstance that you do not want the product regardless, the product can be exchanged with a product of equal value with no extra charges. In the case of a refund, we will indeed comply, with the exception of shipping costs, which the customer will need to bear.
Note: product is refundable only in the case of the product being unused and sealed still in the original packaging.

It is not possible to cancel the order when the parcel is dispatched. The customer needs to return the parcel after receiving.
The customer must ensure to return the item in its original unused condition. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.

In the rare case of a customer receiving a wrong package, we will replace the order with the right one free of charge.
