J CREW Womens Solid Black Organza Ribbon and similar items

I was drawn to this skirt because it's unique and looks handmade (even though it's by a major brand). Someone at J. Crew got creative because this looks like Hot Topic had a baby with Agent Provocateur. ?It?s a really cool design w/ thin black organza ribbons sewn into vertical rows. The ribbon has been twisted and curved to give it a raised look. It's super tactile and a perfectly placed sewing job by someone who made order of the chaos. OK so if you're a mini skirt girl - give this a serious look.
