Cooking instructions: 1. heat the cooking oil.sautee the garlic, onions and ginger until brownish and fragrant. 2. add in water , chicken or beef, potatoes and adabi soup spices. Let boil at medium heat for 1/2 hour or until chicken or beef fully cooked and potatoes become tendered. 3. add salt to taste. 4. dish out and garnish with local celery and fried onions.
