The sell is for both watches as shown in the photos. The white watch crown is jammed and will not turn. However, you can still pull the crown out and adjust the time, but the wind up does not work and the watch does not run. The clear watch works and operates fine and seems to keep good time. The band has yellowed overtime and the lower portion of the band has a crack in it as shown. See pictures for more details.
