These handcuff cufflinks are pretty cool, gold filled with hinged backs for a more customized fit. Crafted by Destino, circa 1960s, and would make a great gift for a Captain, P.I. or Bail bonds men. Maker: Destino Destino Established in 1958 by Ralph Destino. The company was sold in 1971 when Ralph Destino joined the Cartier company. Ralph Destino was also the Chairman of the Gemological Institute of America. Destino produced high quality cufflinks often in sterling silver or gold filled.
