EXCHANGED NEED NOTIFY WITHIN 3 DAYS

If you have received the items which are damaged or faulty from our mistake, please notify us immediately or within 3 days of receiving the goods. Damaged goods will be exchanged immediately if they are available on hand. We will make the new ones as soon as possible to reship again if they are gone. Remark they are original handmade goods that can be made similar only. We will give you full refund if we can’t find the items to replace.

They must be returned in their original condition or similar packing. They must be shipped priority mail with tracking number. You will be refunded after we got them in perfect condition.
