Giant Spiders DVD is the 2nd 2015 release by Jon Hyers, of Outrageous Media, in cooperation with Stan Bissinger Animations. First, you get Single and Multiple Spiders of Large, Very Big and HUGE. This was achieved in CGI using infinitely expandable Vector-based Models. 2nd: Spiders come in a variety of backgrounds. WHITE background let's you project Spider directly onto Wall or Ground, and the white light around the Spider/s lights up your wall without additional lighting. And proves to keep the Spiders more solid looking. BLACK backgrounds let you project only the Spiders, and ROOM/WALL/GROUND scenes also appear with the Spiders in various forms. For example, many spiders crawl from a hole in a cement wall, all of which project as the image you use, onto your white surface [wall, garage door, screen]. But the same effect comes with a white background letting your project this onto the side of your house, or wall paper making the spiders come from any of your walls [without the cement texture being applied]. 3rd: Where appropriate, many of the spider scenes above ALSO come in a soft edge matted version, which is shown clearly in this youtube video. The idea is that the Hard Edges of a Video Projected Image can LOOK EXACTLY like a projected image due to the solid rectangle image, when this image is not lined up with a wall edge or garage door frame - for example. So the soft edge rounded image, gives the impression of a Spotlight source, lighting up the room, and offers a slightly more Natural looking effect. Why only SLIGHTLY. Being Honest, as I am, ANY video projector over 500 lumens WILL show the edges of the image - even when projecting total black. That's because the clear LCD that forms the image, CANNOT EVER go totally solid, therefore even with Cameo Mattes to the image, you will still see a slight rectangle, though greatly subdued.
