Vintage Craftsman Dual Motion Commercial grade Sander, Made in the USA! Features the Craftsman "Non-Glare Finish". Note that the Outer jacket on the cord has some cuts/nicks on it, but the wires inside and their insulation seem OK , see pictures. You could wrap outside of cable with some electrical tape or just replace the cord.
