We only ship to PayPal confirmed street addresses, no exceptions 4. The buyer agrees that the item fits the buyers purpose prior to bidding. 5. The buyer agrees that once we have delivered and shipped the item at USPS, UPS or FEDEX the item(s) delivery, handling, product damage, and non-delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any claims arising out of any conditions after the item has been delivered to the place of shipment. 6. We only ship to the continental United States. The shipping price quoted is for the continental United States Only. All other locations will be charged extra. Out of county buyers agree to pay any additional charges that we ask them to pay including but not limited to import duties, shipping costs, packaging costs, time costs, and other costs. 7. All our items are obtained at auction or going out of business sales. Most boxes have been opened for inspection and photos. If items are listed as new they may not come with original packaging. 8. Due to paypal rules and fees and the USPS constant increases in prices, I can not combine shipping on items that are "on sale". REMOVES THAT OPTION FOR ME WHEN ITEMS ARE PUT ON SALE. If I charge $10 for shipping, and paypal take just over $1.50 in fees leaving $8.50 to pay for box, packing and post office charges. If you live in Texas it is usually a break even price for me. If you live in NY or CA I usually lose a little on shipping. If I refund any shipping via paypal, it will not be much as I cannot get the fees (that I paid on the refunded amount) refunded from. I am sorry for this but it is out of my control..
