The first figure is Baby Bear who is wearing his birthday hat and has a cupcake. He stands approx 3 1/4 inches tall from 1999. The second figure is Blue is approx 2.5 inches tall from 1998. They belonged to my daughter and have been freshly cleaned and are ready for a new home. We used them as cake toppers one year and she kept them on a shelf in her room after the party.
