It is the 1984 printing of the 1984 revision, and has a copyright date of 1971. The booklet is in very good condition, with only light wear at the corners and edges. The staple binding is good, and all 40 pages are intact and in good condition, although there are some places with hand written notations throughout the booklet and on the cover. There are also some light stains on the cover and pages, and they are yellowed with age. It is a very nice vintage boy scout booklet, and a great addition to any merit badge series collection.
