This is a used set of Bultaco model 45 inner engine cases. They look ok, I do not see any damage. You can assume the bearings and seals will need to be replaced. The kickstart assembly is also included. Also included are the parts shown in the last picture. The Bultaco model 45 was a 200cc motorcycle called the Sherpa S made around 1968.
