Little bit of shelf ware on the bottom corners, otherwise not too bad. Purchased from an Estate Sale, so unsure of original owners housing condition. I don't smell any smoke or other scents. Item is pretty dusty, but should be able to be cleaned with a soft cloth. Refer to Department 56 cleaning guidelines. Item is individually numbered, 6317/10,000 as long as I am reading it correctly.
